Educamps After School Clubs

 

Educamps afterschool clubs will only run on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your account and secure your child’s space using our secure online booking portal.

  1. Access the Booking Portal

Click the link below to open our direct booking system:

  1. Register for an Account

You will need to set up a parent account first. Click “Register” or “Create Account” on the landing page, enter your parent/guardian details including your name, email address, contact phone number and home address, then create a secure password and verify your email address.

  1. Add Your Child / Children

Before booking a club, you must create a profile for each child attending. Once logged in, go to the “Children” tab in your account dashboard and select “Add Child.” Complete their personal information, including name, date of birth and gender; school details, including school name and current year group; and essential care information, such as medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements and SEN/EHCP details. Please also add secondary emergency-contact details for authorised collection. Save your child’s profile; you can update these details at any time.

  1. Choose Your Clubs & Schedule

Due to a change in coaching staff, our Hockey Club has been changed to Gymnastics Club. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused, and expect to have Hockey Club available later this year.

  1. Review and Complete Payment

Go to your checkout basket and carefully review your selected club(s) and child details. Choose your preferred payment method, either debit/credit card or bank transfer, and complete the checkout. You will receive an instant email confirmation from Kids Club HQ with your booking receipt.

Booking Future Clubs

If you need to book clubs later in the term, simply return to the portal using the link from this email, bookmark the booking page, visit www.educamps.co.uk/wraparound-care/ and select the booking link, or log directly into your existing Kids Club HQ profile.
